Ashleigh Hardes Koslow
Marketing Director, business manager and a founding member of Lexington Glassworks. She wears many hats at Lexington Glassworks including managing the studio's digital marketing strategies, branding, media relations, PR and B2B development. Ashleigh is an active member in both the arts and business community of Asheville. She is a current board member of the Asheville Downtown Association and North Carolina Glass Center and active member of the Downtown Asheville Arts District. She was the 2018 Summer of Glass marketing chair and the former South Slope Neighborhood Association President. Originally from Ithaca, New York, she lives on a mini-farm with her husband, two daughters and two dogs outside of Weaverville.


Anne Bradford
I’m from Durham, North Carolina, and moved to Asheville to attend Warren Wilson College, where I got a BA in fine art with a concentration in painting and pen and ink. I am one of the few cat lovers at Lexington Glassworks, but am also a fan of dogs. Two joys in my life are people and art, and working at Lexington, I get to enjoy both.
Patricia Galbani
Patty was born in Mendoza, Argentina, and grew up between New York, Mendoza, and Puerto Rico where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science and Technology focusing on Computer Programming. Later, she moved to Florida where she studied Graphic Design at The Art Institute. But she still missed the mountains and after visiting and falling in love with Asheville, decided to move. Mixing and combining colors is one of her passions and helping people beautify their spaces makes her smile. Patty lives with her ray of sunshine Dayman, a cute little Dachshund, and enjoys her free time doing yoga, running, hiking, and painting.


Michael Martin
Michael began his career in glass blowing in his hometown of Richmond, VA at Virginia Commonwealth University where he graduated with a BFA in Craft and Material Studies. Taking a special interest in the Italian style glass working. He has traveled several times to the Island of Murano to study glass techniques specific to the glassmakers there. Here at Lexington Glassworks Michael is a production glassblower, and assistant gaffer helping to create many of the classic LGW designs.
Julia Crabtree
Julia grew up in St Petersburg, FL and graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Studio Art focused in Darkroom Photography. Julia spends most of her time traveling and hiking with her family and two dogs.

Jasmine Steinacker
Jasmine Steinacker is a glass artist from Ridgewood, New Jersey. Originally, Jasmine started her art career in photography. She pursued the arts at Virginia Commonwealth University, where Jasmine received a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Photography + Film, as well as Crafts and Materials Studies with a focus in Glassblowing. In the arts program at VCU, one is required to take a course outside of their major. For Jasmine, that was glass blowing. Steinacker was “bit by the glass bug” and became infatuated with the material. Steinacker explores photography and glass blowing and uses them in tandem with each other; creating objects inspired by food, nature, and the people who surround her.


Colin Stader
Colin Stader is a glass artist from Irmo, South Carolina. His first experience with glass was in high school at a local studio in downtown Columbia, SC. That experience combined with his grandfather’s artistic influence sparked an interest that lead him to graduate with a BFA Specializing in Glass from Jacksonville University. Following school, Colin traveled throughout the country working at multiple glassblowing studios honing his craft. A main focus found in Colin’s work is the exploration of patterns and the optical qualities of the subject matter through the use of cane or murrine.
